Human Resources Leadership Role

The role of an Assistant Manager - Human Resources involves providing strategic support to the HR team in the insurance sector.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR and advanced Excel skills to fill this leadership position.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 3–4 years of end-to-end HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.) for data-driven decision making

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading various HR initiatives, including:

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
  • Payroll and performance management systems
  • HR analytics and reporting to inform business decisions
  • Employee engagement and training programs
  • Compliance and policy implementation across the organization

This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with a Master's degree in HR and relevant work experience. Experience in the banking and insurance sectors is highly valued.
