About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Channel Sales Executive. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronic and electrical engineering, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with distribution partners in Pakistan, driving revenue growth and market penetration through effective distribution channels.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop account plans with distribution to achieve Wonderware Solutions sales targets in Pakistan.
  2. Expand sales revenue and penetration in existing Wonderware accounts.
  3. Gain a deep understanding of the sales process for Wonderware Solutions in distribution channels.
  4. Cultivate strategic partnerships with distribution organizations and customers by working with key decision-makers to position our solutions as long-term strategic assets.
  5. Lead distribution channels to identify, qualify, and prioritize potential Wonderware Solutions opportunities related to existing and new accounts.
  6. Closing orders and delivering solutions highly valued by customers.
  7. Conduct regular account reviews with the Country Manager in Pakistan.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering with at least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Competency in oral & written English language.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, analytical mind, negotiation skills, process-oriented, supervisory skills, outgoing personality & teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel within Pakistan cities/countries on short notice for a period of 4 - 6 weeks.
  • Good time management & able to multi-task with commitment to meet deadlines.
