**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Management Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned channel accounts, identifying new channels, and developing existing ones to increase revenue and expand the customer base.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Establish strong relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts to drive sales growth and meet performance objectives.
  2. Identify new channels and develop existing ones to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align company resources and support to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
  4. Manage account sales to meet assigned targets, ensuring profitable growth and adherence to company standards.
  5. Leverage market research to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  6. Regularly assess and validate channel needs to inform business decisions and drive adoption of company programs.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • 1 year of experience in channel sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and train team members
