**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Management Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned channel accounts, identifying new channels, and developing existing ones to increase revenue and expand the customer base.

**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in a related field
- 1 year of experience in channel sales or a related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and train team members
