Job Title: Proposal Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft high-quality business proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify current and future trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and submit compelling business proposals as bids.
  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute to the content and presentation of proposals.
Requirements
  • Must have a degree in English Language and Literature.
  • At least 2 years of experience in proposal writing or a bidding department is preferred.
  • Familiarity with bidding processes and RFPs is a plus.
  • Proven success in managing and winning competitive bids/Proposals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with proposal management software and tools is an advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • APMP Foundation (or higher) certification is required.
