Job Title: Proposal Specialist

We seek a highly motivated and organized Proposal Specialist to assist in developing comprehensive proposal outlines and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Proposal Outline and Schedule: Assist in creating a detailed proposal outline and schedule to ensure timely submission of proposals.
  • Collaboration with Team Members: Work closely with the team to organize proposals, update related documents, and send reminders to designated individuals for respective sections.
  • Document Compliance: Ensure that all documents comply with RFP criteria, including content, formatting, length, layout, etc.
Required Skills
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Self-Motivation: Motivated self-starter who can drive the proposal process from pre-RFP planning through delivery.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical, with exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and high sense of urgency.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities.
