Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to independently manage key accounts of modern trade, including chain pharmacies and retail outlets. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing sales activities to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

">
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Review sales plans and activities with the sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of planned activities.
  • Build and maintain productive long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Create long-term strategies with clients.
  • Prepare volume forecasts and plans in coordination with the brands team.
  • Closely cooperate with other departments involved with key accounts.
  • Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with the brands team and local distributor management.
  • Initiate and develop annual marketing plans as per strategy and guidelines set by direct management and regional marketing/brands team.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Qualifications and Skills

">
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (B.Sc, B.Com, BA, or BBA).
  • At least 10 years of experience in key account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with key accounts at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
