**Role Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a specific geographical area or territory. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective field sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers, providing them with exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute Channel Category plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  4. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  5. Maintain a culture of continuous improvement, embracing new ideas and best practices to drive innovation and excellence.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in field sales and key account management, preferably in Out of Home channels.
  3. Proven leadership skills, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
