
Sales and Account Management Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales performance in real-time, ensuring accurate tracking of orders placed by representatives.
- Analyze daily sales data within established timeframes to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster sales growth through targeted product promotions and interventions.
- Achieve channel-specific targets for Gross Turnover (GT), Limited Multiple Transactions (LMT), and Immediate Multiple Transactions (IMT).
- Maintain consistent SKU/call coverage throughout the territory to ensure efficient operations.
- Pursue new customer acquisition opportunities to optimize unique customers and drive revenue growth.
- Enhance per day sales productivity through optimized route coverage and effective sales strategies.
- Develop an aggressive market penetration strategy across the entire coverage area to increase sales volume.
- Focus on achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving business growth and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience, preferably within the distribution industry, with a strong understanding of the Consumer Market landscape.
Business Objectives:
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sales process, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
