Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and be passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in an HRIS system.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR role (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of employment/labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
