Job Title: Sales and Business Developer

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Developer to join our team at Nexta International. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion through effective sales strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Conversion: Engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, or meetings to close sales effectively.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities.
  3. Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Deliver compelling sales presentations, handle objections, and negotiate deals confidently.
  4. Follow-ups: Track and follow up with leads to maximize closing rates.
  5. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  6. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales, preferably in B2B, B2C, or high-ticket sales.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to persuade and close deals efficiently.
  3. Results-Driven: Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and sales tools.
  5. Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle objections and remain motivated.
