Customer Support Role

The primary function of this role is to act as a liaison between customers and clients, providing timely assistance with questions, issues, orders, and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, to manage data and analyze customer interactions.
  4. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing customer needs.
  5. A customer-centric attitude, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
  7. Self-motivation and responsiveness to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
