We are seeking a highly skilled and organized reception professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and members, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and members in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
  • Schedule and manage meeting room bookings
  • Support the HR and operations team with administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role, with prior experience in a co-working space or shared office preferred. Strong communication skills (verbal and written), high organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential.
