Key Role: Business Intelligence Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Business Intelligence Lead to spearhead user acquisition and growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data analytics, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

This is a high-impact role that involves analyzing user metrics, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving data-backed growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics to inform data-driven growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Growth, CRM, and Marketing teams to identify scalable user growth opportunities and optimize funnel performance.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments across channels to improve key KPIs like CAC, CTR, conversion, and LTV.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign performance, user cohorts, and lifecycle progression.
  • Drive deep-dive analyses to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend data-driven actions.
  • Lead growth-focused analytical initiatives independently while mentoring junior analysts and supporting cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics roles.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing Analytics.
  • Proven experience in optimizing user funnels, campaign analysis, and running growth experiments.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel for analysis and validation; Python is a plus.
  • Familiarity with growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention curves, ROAS) and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong business sense, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
