The Strategic Human Resources Leader plays a pivotal role in developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the organization's overall business plan and strategic direction.

This executive oversees all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, values, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management programs.
  • Drive employee engagement, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
  • Design and manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs for competitiveness and compliance.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture emphasizing employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR issues, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Develop metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably in a large or multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives driving business results.
