Job Title: Human Resources Director

Maintain organizational compliance with employment regulations through structured procedures.

Evaluate and modify existing policies as necessary to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Identify areas where new policies are needed and create them accordingly.

Oversee and train the HR team to achieve optimal performance.

Monitor various aspects of employee performance, including attendance and punctuality.

Assess the need for training and design programs accordingly.

Support managers and staff in resolving employee grievances or conflicts.

Establish and review pay structures, employee perks, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership Skills: Guide the HR team and motivate staff.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and listening skills.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: Solid understanding of key principles.
  • Crisis Management: Remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer systems and software.
  • Ethics and Morals: Sound judgment and solid ethics.
Requirements
  • Degree: MBA/BBA with Human Resource Management specialization.
  • Certifications: CIPD/HRCI/SHRM certifications a plus.
Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in a managerial role is required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

They will be able to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in crisis situations.

Familiarity with computer systems and software is also essential.

Additionally, the candidate should have sound judgment and ethics.

A background in human resource management is a must, with an MBA or BBA degree preferred.

Certifications such as CIPD, HRCI, or SHRM are a plus.

The successful candidate will be able to lead the HR team and motivate staff to achieve optimal performance.

They will be responsible for monitoring employee performance, assessing training needs, and designing programs accordingly.

Supporting managers and staff in resolving employee grievances or conflicts is also an essential part of the job.

Finally, the candidate will be responsible for establishing and reviewing pay structures, employee perks, and benefits.

This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results and delivering value to the organization.
