Sales Development Expert

Key responsibilities for this role include proactively researching and identifying new business opportunities within the fintech, banking, crypto, and digital identity sectors.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email and LinkedIn to generate high-quality leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP and pain points.
  • Schedule product demos and discovery calls for account executives or business development managers.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead progression in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and outreach strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales or lead generation preferably in compliance, regtech, or fintech products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and outbound email tools.
  • Excellent research and profiling skills to identify buyer personas.
  • Ability to meet KPIs consistently.
