Job Title: Experienced Senior Software Engineer Team LeadOverview of the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned senior software engineer to lead our dynamic engineering team. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable software solutions while guiding a team of talented engineers in delivering impactful projects.

  • Lead and mentor developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Participate in hands-on coding with a strong understanding of core development practices.
  • Prior experience working on live projects and contributing directly to production codebases is preferred.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements & Expectations:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web development.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a team lead role.
  • Hands-on experience in PHP (Laravel is a plus).
  • Strong command of the MERN stack.
  • Solid experience in client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Solid experience in direct communication, ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
