About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in outbound sales or lead generation, excellent spoken English, and strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

You will be working as part of a dynamic team, utilizing CRM tools to maintain lead details and call outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (US Region)
  • Introduce and explain our services to decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Maintain lead details and call outcomes in CRM tools
  • Consistently meet daily and monthly call/lead targets
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales or lead generation (BPO or call center preferred)
  • Excellent spoken English with a confident phone presence
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training will be provided)
  • Must be available for night shift (US hours)
  • Lahore-based candidates only (in-office role)
