Job Overview

The Human Resources Specialist role involves managing various aspects of human resources administration, with a focus on recruitment, employee onboarding, training, benefits management, and record keeping.

This position requires coordinating recruitment activities, conducting interviews, facilitating employee onboarding and orientation, organizing training programs, managing employee benefits and rewards, and maintaining HR records in accordance with company policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the new hire process, including scheduling orientations, providing necessary paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other compensation packages.
  • Training and Development: Plan, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in human resources administration, with a focus on recruitment and employee onboarding.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management and record keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
