- Provide support to all departments with administrative tasks.
- Support activities during admission campaigns.
- Follow up on agreements related to administration.
- Ensure campus cleanliness, oversee repair, maintenance, and development activities, assign duties, and supervise staff.
- Ensure campus security measures are in place.
- Arrange meetings and functions efficiently.
- Address cafeteria-related issues as per established policies.
- Manage transportation issues and supervise petty cash for faculty and students.
- Maintain stock records, entries, receipts, issues, store maintenance, and daily routine activities related to sports items.
- Process and maintain purchase requisitions, purchase orders, GRIR, and file records, including room inventories.
- Manage bills through purchase orders and GRIR.
- Record and maintain requisitions, estimates, and purchases for projects.
- Maintain vehicles for optimal performance.
- Coordinate travel bookings and reservations for guests and employees, and organize seminars/events effectively.
- Handle dealings with government departments professionally.
- Follow up on vendor payments with the finance department.
- Ensure the safety and security of the campus environment.
- Oversee the completion of the administration audit process thoroughly.
