Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Enterprise Project Manager to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, IT, or software engineering and a proven track record of managing Agile projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development of new product features from inception to delivery, performing sprint planning activities, and working with the Product Owner and Engineering team to define and document tasks and activities.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will also have experience with Agile tools such as Jira and TFS (DevOps).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of new product features from inception to delivery
  • Perform sprint planning activities and produce sprint artifacts
  • Work with the Product Owner and Engineering team to define and document tasks and activities
  • Track tasks and action item status and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Represent the project team at meetings and reviews
  • Provide guidance to the team to ensure success

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have a strong background in computer science, IT, or software engineering
  • Must have experience with Agile tools such as Jira and TFS (DevOps)
  • Must have worked in a team developing enterprise-grade web and cloud technology
  • Must be familiar with the latest technology trends in Web and Cloud

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with writing requirements as features and user stories
  • Good articulation skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
