
Regional Business Development Manager

Manage and lead a team to drive sales and revenue growth with designated customers/segments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers, identify and capture new business opportunities in the assigned segment, provide technical support and services to customers.
- Lead a team for the assigned OEM market segment in the region.
- Drive budgeted sales and revenue growth with designated customers/segments.
- Maintain and grow business with existing customers while exploring new opportunities for market growth and leadership.
10–12 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the OEM/technical segment. MBA or B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry from a reputable institute.
