The role of Assistant Manager CS is a pivotal position that involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of our center, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences for our users.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Leadership: Manage the support center's performance, setting and meeting targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality. This includes forecasting, analyzing, and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis, helping achieve daily quantitative targets and service levels.
- Team Management: Organize staffing, including shift patterns and staff numbers to meet demand. Review team performance, identify training needs, and plan training sessions. Prepare rosters for the support center team, coach, motivate, and retain staff, and coordinate bonus, reward, and incentive schemes. Maintain records of agent leaves, vacations, and plan for emergency situations.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor random reviews, customer support emails, and mystery call reports to improve quality, minimize errors, and track operative performance. Record statistics, user rates, and performance levels, prepare reports, and handle complex customer complaints or enquiries. Follow up on activities, share team workload, provide action plans to agents, and maintain industry developments.
To be successful in this role, you should be an Angolan or Portuguese national with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Portuguese. You should have at least two years of work experience in customer services, preferably in a contact center environment, and prior experience working in Angola.
