Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

This role requires a high degree of organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a managerial capacity and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues as well as independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Verification and maintenance of payroll and overtime of employees.
  • Maintenance of fixtures and furniture and other office equipment.
  • Record keeping of staff attendance and leaves.
  • Ensuring that discipline is maintained by staff according to company rules and policies.
  • Playing a liaison role between government and non-agencies e.g., WAPDA, EOBI, Social Security.
Experience:

3-4 Years of experience in a managerial level.

Ability to perform in teams as well as individually.
