
Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant recruitment experience and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. They will collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements, source candidates through various channels, and conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
The selected candidate will also coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring progress, and assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and handle recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously.
You will also require proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), as well as being detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work Details:
- Monday - Saturday: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
- Full-time employment
