Section Manager - IR

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Section Manager - IR. In this role, you will be responsible for managing labor and other litigation, as well as ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage labor and other litigation, as assigned by the Head of Legal.
  • Implement strategies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with local governmental and non-governmental bodies to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers to deliver high-quality services.
  • Design Human Resource Policy frameworks that align with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective employee discipline and grievance handling mechanisms.
  • Manage land acquisition/disposal and rental transactions to support business growth.
  • Assist the Head of Legal in contractual matters, including services and others as may be assigned.
  • Train and assist HR colleagues in handling employee grievances as per labor laws.
  • Conduct disciplinary proceedings as required.
  • Negotiate with unions to resolve industrial disputes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience: 5-6 years

Qualification: Masters Degree in HRM or IR

Age: 25-35 years
