This is a high-profile role accountable for ensuring the effective delivery of employee services. The ideal candidate will manage various aspects including loan management, medical approvals, leave administration, vehicle maintenance and insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage issues related to employee services, including loan management, medical approvals, leave administration, vehicle repair and maintenance, and insurance.
  • Handle staff grievances and queries related to HR and administrative matters in accordance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain industrial harmony, peace, and cordial relations with employees, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.
  • Settle disputes harmoniously and represent the company on committees constituted under labor laws.
  • Address IR issues to maximize labor productivity and protect business interests and costs.
  • Ensure timely reporting in compliance with various labor laws and register all insurable employees under EOBI and SESSI.

The successful candidate will assist in maintaining discipline and advising on modalities for disciplinary action. They will also coordinate with lawyers in preparing cases for filing in court and formulating strategies to deal with them.

Job Requirements
  • Master's Degree with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational concern.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
