Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst and Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for enabling sales and marketing teams to harness the power of Zoho CRM, configuring, customizing, and optimizing Zoho CRM to meet evolving business needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM functionality.

Email Marketing Campaigns

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and maintaining targeted marketing email campaigns using Zoho CRM. They will create compelling email content, track performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI while ensuring strict adherence to email marketing best practices.

Cognito Forms Development and Zapier Integration

This role involves developing and maintaining scalable Cognito Forms for seamless data collection and workflows. The ideal candidate will integrate Cognito Forms with other systems using Zapier, ensuring smooth data flow, and troubleshoot and optimize Zapier integrations for maximum efficiency.

QuickBooks Online Data Loading and Data Manipulation

The Technical Business Analyst and Operations Specialist will enable and maintain accurate data loading into QuickBooks Online, ensure precise financial data transfer and reconciliation, fostering trust with accounting and finance teams, and demonstrate advanced skills in complex data manipulation using Excel or Google Sheets.

Data Accuracy Testing and Customer Acceptance Testing

This role requires conducting rigorous testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity across applications, identifying discrepancies, anomalies, and data quality issues to inform improvements, and performing thorough customer acceptance testing for web and mobile applications.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology, and a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in most of the above technical skills. A minor in Marketing, Accounting, or Finance can be a valuable asset.
