
Legal Affairs Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft, review and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers and partners.
- Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures.
- Training & Education: Conduct training sessions for staff on relevant legal topics and compliance matters.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes efficiently and effectively.
- External Counsel Coordination: Liaise with external legal advisors as needed.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize legal documents and records.
- Legal Research: Stay current with industry regulations and legal trends that may impact the company.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior legal staff and interns.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a legal management role or similar position.
- A degree in Law (Juris Doctor or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Proven knowledge of corporate law, contract law and compliance regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, compliance regulations and company policies. They should be able to provide expert guidance and support to various departments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's legal affairs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
