Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description

This part-time remote position is responsible for posting jobs and screening candidates on the Indeed platform. In addition, the Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and make recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Experience with Indeed and knowledge of recruitment best practices are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting jobs and screening candidates on the Indeed platform
  • Working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and make recommendations for talent acquisition strategies
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with Indeed and recruitment best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive
