Job Overview

This role is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet our hiring requirements.
  • Engage with potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth selection process.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate onboarding and provide a positive experience for new hires.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and departments.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
