Relationship Associate
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring client account performance. You will collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to assess the financial health of clients, manage potential risks, and cultivate strong relationships. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from individuals to corporate entities. You will be responsible for preparing and processing credit applications, ensuring adherence to our bank's policies, and cultivating long-term relationships that drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong analytical mindset. You should be able to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them, while also managing risk and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in credits, with additional knowledge of trade being a plus. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration is required. Fluency in English is essential, as well as a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
