Job Role: Ambassador

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth to enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic growth plan at the territory level and leverage it daily to drive results.
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize their health systems through CRDx frameworks, enhancing efficiency.
  • Conduct regular client reviews every 90 days to ensure commitments are met and needs are addressed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling issues and support requests effectively.
  • Support the renewal of existing business early in the process to prevent competition entry and maintain market share.
  • Ensure clients are utilizing the full solution suite effectively to maximize benefits.
  • Analyze test menus and ordering patterns to identify gaps and provide tailored solutions to meet client priorities.
  • Add solutions such as assays, software, and services to meet client needs and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Provide actionable insights that impact client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through various solutions.
  • Promote Alinity, Hematology, and Digital Health Solutions at every account to increase adoption.
  • Manage post-sales activities including operation of Alinity instruments, assay installation, and calibration to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Effectively communicate Abbott's value proposition and consult with clients to improve operations and KPIs.
  • Deliver insights and develop relationships with internal stakeholders like Lab Directors and Medical Directors to drive success.
  • Maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and address related feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize marketing collateral for client presentations, workshops, and reviews to enhance engagement.
  • Participate in implementation activities and oversee progress with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Diagnostic Industry, focusing on managing and expanding accounts.
  • Proven track record supported by management and customer references.
  • Excellent product and industry knowledge.
  • Understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
  • Strong solution selling and relationship skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
