Sales Excellence Manager Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Excellence Manager to join our team at Sperton Global AS.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand our footprint across industries.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to align product offerings with market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Strong expertise in PU and water-based chemical solutions for paints, paper, and construction sectors.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of market trends and demand analysis.
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster long-term business relationships.
