We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our pre-sales efforts and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for articulating our technology and solutions, positioning them to both business and technical users. This involves providing technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process, identifying customers' technical and business requirements, and consulting with technical teams about capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:- To acquire and maintain a working knowledge of our complete capabilities.
- To attend meetings with prospects and clients to determine their technical and business requirements.
- To develop and deliver high-quality demonstrations that position our products as the best solution to our prospective clients.
- To provide technical solutions professionally and to agreed timeframes.
- To create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
- To deliver training on solutions and provide product support to our sales team.
- To ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
- To work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current solutions and provide input around new features.
