Job Summary:
We are seeking a Pre Sales Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Pre Sales Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process. This includes identifying customers' technical and business requirements, designing solutions, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting sales teams and account managers on proposal activities.
You will also be responsible for creating high-quality demonstrations that position our products as the best solution to prospective clients, providing technical solutions professionally and to agreed timeframes, delivering technical presentations internally and externally, training on solutions and providing product support to the sales team, and ensuring smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing a working knowledge of our solution's complete capabilities.
- Attending meetings with prospects and clients to determine technical and business requirements.
- Creating high-quality demonstrations that position our products as the best solution to prospective clients.
- Providing technical solutions professionally and to agreed timeframes.
- Delivering technical presentations internally and externally.
- Training on solutions and providing product support to the sales team.
- Ensuring smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
- Working with Product Management to feedback on issues with current solutions and provide input around new features.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales field with at least 2 years in pre-sales position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
- Superb presentation skills, well-organized and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
