HR Management Specialist

This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Designs and implements HR policies, programs, and practices to support employee relations and growth.
  • Develops and executes communication strategies to engage employees and foster a positive work environment.
  • Manages the recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
  • Cultivates strong relationships with benefit vendors and administrators to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Coordinates logistics for HR-related activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Compiles and analyzes data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or HR Management.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in HR in a reputable organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling communications.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
