Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Digital Advertising Specialist to spearhead high-impact paid marketing initiatives targeting diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns with an eye on profitability and sustainable growth.

  • Create, launch, and oversee advertising campaigns across various channels, ensuring measurable value from every investment.
  • IDentify and target audience segments to boost engagement and conversions.

Media Buying & Budgeting:

  • Plan, negotiate, and secure cost-effective ad placements with publishers and platforms.
  • Manage and allocate media budgets strategically to maximize ROI.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests to fine-tune creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
  • Deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying (Middle East market experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Solid analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools.
