Support Specialist Role

This role involves providing technical service and support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.

  • Troubleshooting complex network issues
  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom and Datacom, with knowledge of both hardware, software, and network systems. They will be able to work independently, take on big responsibility, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer issues 24/7 based on roster
  • Leading and resolving technical issues and conducting Root Cause Analysis
  • Performing preventive maintenance
">

The Support Specialist will bring:

">
  • Education: bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Min years of experience: 5+ Years of experience
  • Domain experience: CS Core domain resource with hands-on experience of CS Core domains, such as CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF
  • Mobile Call flows and Protocols understanding, including MAP, SCCP, SIP, Diameter and LDAP protocols handling
  • Troubleshooting of IMS/VoLTE call flows, SRVCC and CS Fallback procedure
  • Understanding of Cloud/Virtualization concepts and VNF/CNF Management
  • Team Collaboration, Delivering results & meeting customer expectations, Presentation & communication skills
