Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Design and execute customized onboarding plans, ensuring a seamless transition onto the platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing relationships.
- Utilize data analytics to inform business decisions, measure performance, and optimize vendor experiences.
- Develop and mentor junior team members, focusing on professional growth, skill development, and career advancement.
- Address vendor concerns, escalating issues when necessary, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Routine field visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Relevant degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in field sales, key account management, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking, analytical mind, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in managing field sales teams is highly desirable.
