Job Title:

A Business Analyst plays a vital role in connecting the business strategy with technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements through thorough analysis and communication.

  • Align project goals with business objectives by working closely with stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Understand client needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Develop comprehensive project documentation to facilitate communication among team members.

  • Track and report project progress to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask are required.

  • Familiarity with SDLC processes and documentation standards is desirable.
