Customer Support Specialist

The primary goal of this position is to provide exceptional technical support and service to our clients. This involves troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, configuring and integrating various nodes and solutions in customer networks, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.



About the Role
  • Provide dedicated 24x7 support to customers based on roster.
  • Lead and resolve technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and perform knowledge management tasks.
  • Handle software updates, load IPA/EPA/EP packages on Ericsson Core nodes, and drive CSR review meetings with SDM.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure network stability and optimization.


Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom and datacom technologies, including hardware, software, and network knowledge. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take on big responsibility.



Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with CS Core domains, including CSCF, MTAS, SBG/BGF, MSC-S, M-MGW, STP/IP-STP, UDM domain CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, EIR-FE, and Mobile Call flows and Protocols understanding.
  • Knowledge of MAP, SCCP, SIP, Diameter, and LDAP protocols handling, IMS/VoLTE call flows, SRVCC, and CS Fallback procedure.
  • Familiarity with Cloud/Virtualization concepts and VNF/CNF Management.
  • Excellent team collaboration and presentation skills.
