The Indirect Sales Channel Manager is responsible for driving sales activities within a designated region through indirect sales channels. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with partners to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth objectives in the B2B conventional indirect sales channel.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and manage existing relationships to drive sales performance.
  3. Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with indirect sales partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
  4. Monitor and assess the performance of indirect sales channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management of both internal employees and partners.
  6. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and regular feedback of partners.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
  1. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
  3. KPI Tracking: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales activities and channel performance.
  4. Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps and drive results.
Customer Relationship Management:
  1. Engage with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
