**Job Title:** Branch Operations Manager

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead our branch operations, driving business growth and customer satisfaction through effective management of logistics processes and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and analyze business opportunities, risks, and constraints to inform strategic decision-making.
  2. Develop functional plans aligned with regional and corporate strategies to achieve business objectives.
  3. Engage stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with logistics requirements.
  4. Drive the Vendor Logistics Program (VLP) to grow revenue and customer base by leveraging supplier relationships and optimizing logistics processes.
  5. Develop and manage processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational and financial performance.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  7. Ensure teams have the competencies, capabilities, and tools to achieve business goals.
  8. Implement performance management, talent development, and succession planning strategies to drive business excellence.
  9. Develop and manage the annual budget to achieve financial objectives.
  10. Optimize costs and investments while maintaining service excellence.
  11. Ensure adherence to financial policies and drive revenue-enhancing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. 14-15 years of experience in the logistics industry with proven expertise in managing large accounts and engaging stakeholders.
  2. Strong understanding of carrier, forwarder, CFS, documentation, and international supply chain processes.
  3. In-depth knowledge of local regulations, regional practices, and cultural considerations.
  4. Over 8 years of experience in planning and managing resources to achieve organizational objectives.
