Women and Child Health Research Position

The Department of Paediatrics and Child Health is committed to advancing women and child health through research. As a Senior Research Assistant, you will contribute to this mission by collecting and analyzing data from field sites across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and document qualitative data through interviews and observations.
- Collaborate with research team members to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for junior staff.
- Ensure timely completion of data collection and quality control processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders and administration.
- Identify and address cultural and social barriers to data collection.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in research methodology.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in relevant field.
- Proven track record of success in similar roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural competence and sensitivity.
