The ideal candidate for this role will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email. Based in Lahore, this full-time position requires the ability to manage a high volume of tickets efficiently while maintaining strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle 50-60 customer support tickets daily using CRM software.
  • Resolve inquiries related to orders, products, shipping, and returns in a timely manner.
  • Accurately document all interactions within the CRM system.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong command of English communication and good typing speed.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of tickets efficiently.
  • Effective utilization of ChatGPT technology.
  • Familiarity with Shopify is an added advantage.

Additional Details:

This role offers a base salary ranging from PKR 50K to 60K plus performance bonuses. The working shift is from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour workday including a paid 30-minute break.
