Export Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Export Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Export Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for leading generation and business development in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach international buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and food service companies to pitch company offerings and close export deals for Agri-based food products.
  • Negotiate prices and payment terms (advance and confirmed LC) to deliver against monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Documentation & Coordination:

  • Work with internal teams to ensure packaging, quality, labeling, and documentation comply with buyer and destination country requirements.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics (CIF/FOB based) from Indian ports like Mundra, Chennai, or Nhava Sheva.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients and resellers.
  • Provide market feedback, buyer insights, and suggest improvements in offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales in the Agri/food industry.
  • Strong network of buyers or resellers in target regions.
  • Familiarity with export documentation, trade compliance, and food safety norms.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
