Job Title:

TM Operations Specialist

Manage the end-to-end implementation of trade promotion management solutions, ensuring timely and successful execution while aligning with business objectives.

  • Project Management: Coordinate project timelines, activities, and communication strategies to drive program success.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to manage overall program risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Training & Change Management: Provide inputs on key business timelines for training, change management activities, and communication strategies.
  • Status Reporting & Issue Resolution: Manage all project risks, issues, actions, and decisions, and escalate as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and monitor program delivery KPIs across timelines, budget, and user adoption.

Collaborate closely with senior global stakeholders and leadership teams to deliver enterprise internal and external KPIs. Influencing and stakeholder management are critical to this role's success.

Scope and Context:

  • Project management and stakeholder management are essential to this role.
  • Integrated project planning and risk identification and mitigation are critical components.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary to drive program success.

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. You must have strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and trade promotion management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
