Global Trade Coordinator

 

As a Global Trade Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the smooth execution of our export operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging customs clearance and logistics for the shipment of electric motorcycles and battery packs to Pakistan.
  • Booking shipping space, coordinating transportation, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Managing import and export licenses, including 3C certification exemptions, energy efficiency labeling exemptions, certificates of origin, and chemical identification certificates.
  • Monitoring goods transportation and resolving any issues that may arise.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate transportation time estimates to production and order departments.
  • Tracking the performance of logistics companies, including transit times, customs declaration accuracy, and handling of losses/damages.
  • Coordinating freight inquiries and evaluating plans.
  • Controlling logistics costs and ensuring timely settlement.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimizing performance.
  • Completing assigned tasks with a high level of attention to detail.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and customs affairs for multinational companies.
  • Familiarity with Pakistan customs regulations, import/export declaration standards, HS classification, and license processing.
  • Knowledge of import/export logistics transportation, with large cargo operation experience preferred.
  • Experience in managing trade manuals is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or above (graduate studies preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, coordinate, provide solutions, and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • High level of responsibility, caution, and strong communication skills.
