Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and Research, preferably with a managerial role. Key responsibilities include creating marketing communications plans, conducting market research, and coordinating event management activities.

  • Marketing Strategy:
  • Create a comprehensive marketing communications plan that aligns with business goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to inform product development and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop a Service Delivery matrix to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Coordinate event management activities to showcase expertise.
  • Inside Sales & Business Development:
  • Define the inside sales process and establish key performance indicators for success.
  • Develop targeted sales promotion campaigns and create engaging collateral materials.
  • Engage with potential clients to present offered services and build relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Client Engagements:
  • Design and implement service delivery schedules to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage schedule revisions and maintain continuity of the implementation roster.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Establish strong relationships with vendors through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Negotiate SLAs and T&Cs as needed to ensure favorable terms.
  • Monitor and improve vendor performance, addressing any areas of concern or weakness.
Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong written English skills, and exceptional sales and marketing skills. A highly organized individual with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also required. The ideal candidate will have intermediate-level knowledge of web design principles, HTML, and database concepts, as well as basic experience with imaging software for screen capturing and designing.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with at least one year in a managerial role, is necessary. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and large clients is essential.
